Po’s hand and feet on one side are spastic that makes her physically challenged. She had been unemployed for nearly a year, so her friends persuaded her to give up and apply for assistance from the government but she does not want to live on any allowance. As the days passed, Po began to doubt her ability and whether to retire earlier. Until last year, she joined the Jockey Club “Start with Soap” Empowerment Project. Through the project, she helped Soap Cycling handle related administrative work, in which her talents and experience can be brought into play again. She regained confidence and is able to contribute to our society.
